A bunch of shots from yesterday shot between or on lessons with students.
This is a very hastily written and put-together post as I am about to head out to run the workshop for today, down in Ningyocho.
So, all these images are straight out of the camera, shot with my Things1 picture control for Nikon and then re-sized and batch-converted to JPEG.

2/33 and 3/33 are spectacular. The red star on those snickers is just pure perfection! I’d love one of those published on the photoblog of the Green Tea Gallery magazine if you are interested!
16/33 another pearl of composition, so interesting, so geometric!
And then the blue of 31/33… what a gorgeous image to end the show…
Awesome work, Alfie, as usual…

Alfie, amazing shots (again)! I don’t know how you do it but you have an eye to capture some great moments. It feels so real, like I am back there, in the middle of that crazy Japanese life. Your shots are very expressive.

Lovely rain shots, alfie… all the shots are so lively, and the colors and contrast are striking. Are those natural vignettes? I’ve never been a believer on SOOC, but I’m starting to reconsider after seeing these shots
