Recent workshop in Akabane

Akabane workshop: shots by Sebastian

After an initial recce mission to Akabane a few weeks back, I took a group of photo enthusiasts on a wander around the area. Much good material was found and snapped. For the end result, I asked people to make up a grid of images that ‘fitted together’ somehow: complimentary colours, shapes or subjects. I got some great material back from people…

Here are a few that were sent in. There are a few more coming as one of those who came along shot his pics on film and another has had a rather busy time since. Something I can sympathise with, after being out on the road shooting all of last week; from Kyushu, through Osaka and Kyoto and back to Tokyo via Hamamatsu.
