Water taxi at sunset, Dubai, UAE

Miyuki, the model who is along on the shoot I am doing, had just finished shooting our first set with me across the river. We jumped on a water taxi to get to our third location.

I'd been out location-hunting yesterday and had picked a start time for today of 3.30pm. It turned out to be the perfect time to start… as we made the river by sunset, shooting down by the old cargo boats in the most beautiful light of the day.

The trip across the river was great. Bathed in a warm orange glow and brushed by a refreshing wind, we just paused in our shooting schedule to take in the wonderful scene.

This was the taxi that was making its crossing just next to ours.

Lovely moment of the day.

In the two and half hours we were out shooting, I took about 400 shots. Just been sorting through them and we have 125 awesome keepers.

Great afternoon's shooting,
