A fantastic set, I loved following this. An almighty front cove - personal but 'big' in so many ways. Colourful yet subtle as his smile... I think he'll be suitably pleased :) Great stuf Alfie, good to see your work as always (Incidently, got my first mini "gig"... an article about me as photographer, just in my University's student-run newspaper, who I started working for last year)

Thanks all. I was down at their offices this afternoon, picking up some copies of the magazine. Quite a few people looked up when I walked in to the office and said who I was..... that was very nice. Had a nice chat with the Editor in Chief and it seeems, Jrim, your hoping might turn out to be my reality. :-)

Hunter..... mate. I know they subbed it all to shit but it still all works together really well and lots of folk here in Tokyo are well impressed with it so, a ton of thanks for all you did on it. I bumped into the driver in this pic again the other night. I had the magazine send him a few copies and he was so happy that he photocopied the cover and has been dishing it out to all his buddies and customers. :-)

When I was living in Tokyo, I used to read Metropolis every week... and when that cover came out, I was blown away by what a beautiful shot it was... didn't expect to actually find you on Flickr. What a treat :D
