Lady walking in Tsukiji
Decided to re-post this at the front of my stream, as it was shot one year ago today: 9th Sept, 2008, and I am doing a little feature for my website on ‘what were you shooting one year ago?’.

I have a favourite place to sit in the streets around Tsukiji and sat there yesterday for a half-hour, just soaking up the street and the people. This lady stood out.

Street candids are a fav of mine. This i like. She looks very much a lady but kind of out of place with her surroundings. Which is why it works i suppose.

Yep, well spotted Jacopo! Actually though I was sat on the kerb. But only cos the nearby bench was full of people :-)

I visited Tsukiji late this morning and discovered your spot. Great place to sit and take watch the people come right down the street towards you. I'll be going there again.
