In the thick of it: Tsukishima Matsuri, Tokyo
After getting drenched by the water being thrown at the mikoshi [the shrine being carried], I moved back behind the advancing crowd and shot some more pics with the wide-angle, this time just shooting left, right and straight down the street.
It was quite a scene. Enjoyable, entertaining, Japanese, traditional mayhem.
